My name is Bianca Perez, and I am a Real Estate Broker, located in South Florida (servicing Broward and Palm Beach counties).

I am a Premier Zillow Real Estate agent for the local Deerfield Beach area and surroundings.

I have been in the Real Estate industry since January of 2006. I started working as a Mortgage Processor, reviewing Contracts, Appraisals, and Mortgage documentation. In 2008 - 2009, many homeowners who had gotten adjustable rate loans, were unable to pay, and many investors, and  owners of second homes simply abandoned the properties, and banks started the foreclosures. I worked at that time helping clients avoid foreclosures, by assisting with a short sale or loan modification.

After the Real Estate crash of 2008-2009, the mortgage guidelines tightened, and banks remain to this day requiring more and more to qualify buyers for a home purchase.

pre-underwriting mortgages, and my extensive background in different aspects of the industry are very helpful to my Real Estate clients, since I have knowledge to ensure that clients looking to buy a home, have done the upfront due diligence  and what that entails in today's market, in order to have a very smooth home buying process.
